door lock issue

The staff were very helpful when I had a

problem with my door, going out of their way to assist me. The room was beautifully remodeled with elegant flooring. However, the lock issue could be a concern for security-minded travelers.

A thorough cleaning is needed—they missed food in the refrigerator!!! The maintenance on toilets could be improved, as they ghost flush and other plumbing issues persist!!! The overall decor and surroundings seem quite worn down as well!!!

the room had issues from the start, with the toilet acting like it was on a permanent vacation. and let’s not even talk about the dingy towels I received — I expected a spa experience, not a crime scene. honestly, I almost gave a good review, but the total lack of special treatment ruined it all.
